This is certainly one of the most beautiful, perfect and unmolested examples you will find. She spent most her life in CA and is now located in Raleigh, NC. The truck was TOTALLY restored in 2021 by an experienced Land Cruiser collector who embarked upon a restoration described below ​ After complete disassembly, the frame and OEM wheels were media blasted and powder coated. The engine was totally rebuilt by and award winning machine shop and the D40 carburetor was sent to Mark's Off Road for rebuilding. The rust free body was painted in it's original Spring Green (T1028.) Every part was examined and refurbished or replaced before being fully reassembled. All OEM components were used where available. Exterior fasteners are stainless steel. Up front you will find a vintage Ramsey PTO winch which was dealer installed. ​ The front knuckles were rebuilt using components from Cruiser Outfitters. All brake and clutch components including master cylinders have been replaced. The 3-speed transmission and transfer case have been opened, inspected and serviced. The transmission shifts smoothly and is easy to drive. The steering consists of new tie rod ends along with a rebuilt center arm. The steering gear box was sent to West Texas Off-Road for a rebuild. ​ The truck comes with a full hardtop. The glass is all in excellent condition. All body emblems are new. The truck rides on BFG 310x10.50x15 All Terrain tires in excellent condition. ​ The interior features new upholstery from Cruiser Corps. This early Land Cruiser is equipped with a very rare Toyota AM Radio. A new headliner was installed. Brake lights, headlights, turn signals, license plate lighting, hazards, wipers, instrument lighting, horn, radio and front heater are in excellent working condition. ​ The owner has all keys to the vehicle along with the super rare original toolkit, jack, jack rods, jack handle, inspection drop light and owners manual."
